If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and need to return your item, please let us know and we are happy to assist.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery for a refund.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with all tags still attached, and in all protective packaging supplied.
How to return your item?
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.

Before returning an item.
This is to confirm the right size is available if you would like to exchange or to notify us if you would like a refund. Once the item has been received you will then be refunded the cost of the item/s to the method with which you paid.
Please allow 7 working days for returns and exchanges to be processed once authorised.
Customers are responsible for the method and cost of returning any items to us. We recommend using a Signed For, recorded postal service and obtaining a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund, as we will not be liable for any missing items. We advise you keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
